I made this for my Sister-in-Law,  I have no idea if she uses it but I was trying to find other things to make other than scarfs and washcloths.  I can’t remember how or why I decided on a card holder.  But I really like small projects, I like the satisfaction of “finished” and small projects get you there quicker

I used a pattern for this but cannot find the one I used, it was a while ago, if I ever find it I will add it to this post.   I added a lining because I thought the cards would catch on the stitches when going in.  

I know the button doesn’t really match (it looks better in person) but it was sentimental, it was off something of my mother’s and I knew my sister-in-law(and brother) would appreciate the sentiment.

For the bottom picture I put a bunch of business cards I had around in there to see how many it would hold.
