My Friend asked me to make her niece a warm hat to put in their Christmas box.    After going through my stash of yarn I gave her a choice of colors and this it what we came up with.  The hat it just a basic beanie pattern with flaps added.  I found a flower pattern I liked and used 10 strands of yard to make the braided ties.
